To drive, it will take you about ten minutes - travel via Wickham Street through Fortitude Valley and then via Breakfast Creek Road.
Start from Central Station.
Turn left down Ann Street as you exit the station. You can continue straight the whole way – Ann Street takes you through Fortitude Valley then becomes Breakfast Creek Road, in Newstead.

Continuing further along Ann Street and you will come to the intersection of Wickham, Ann, Queen and Boundary Streets. Straight ahead you will see Centenary Place.

Turn right down Halford Street, then left down Newstead Tce. You will see a park ahead. Walk straight up the grassy bank with the old substation to your right, Newstead House is next to it.
