Manly is easily accessible by ferry (departing from Circular Quay.)
Circular Quay
Take the ferry to Manly beach
Manly Beach
Walk to the far left end of the beach where you will see the Children’s Pool. In the distance you can see the wormhole, appearing as a dark spot in the distance.
Children’s Pool
Walk past the Children’s Pool and climb the cliff (it is fairly easy walking, no hiking.) Keep walking towards the tunnel in the distance.
‘Wormhole’ tunnel
The tunnel runs approximately 50m through the cliff to the other side. The shore at the other side is rocky and rough. Be cautious around this area. Once finished you can retrace your steps back to the wharf and the manly area where there is plenty to see and do. The Manly will again take you back to circular quay (leaving approximately every half hour.)
